Stacy, the kids and I went to the Zoo for some summer fun. It was hot, but we made the best of it. The bird show was fun and the kids loved the dinosaurs.
Lonnie's family stopped in SL and took some photos around the temple. I love this one they sent me of the kids looking at the temple. Beautiful.
Our second crop of hay had it's issues. First it should have been cut around July 24th, but because of all the floods and rain it was delayed. The hay got old and tuff. It was a challenge to cut. The old swather broke down in several areas. Now it is running much better with lots of new parts. Then the baler's needle arm cracked and more repairs. But luckily Mark was able to weld it up and get back in business. With all the water, fertilizer and delayed harvesting it is a bumper crop as you can see. Turning lemons into lemonade. Trials and blessings go hand in hand.
